The Westerhouse Process
Our installation process typically requires two to three days for a complete system replacement, depending on whether ductwork modifications or electrical service upgrades are needed. We believe in taking the time to do it right. Our technicians remove the old equipment, inspect all components from the ductwork to the thermostat wiring, replace any duct sections showing deterioration or air leakage, ensure the condensate drain line is properly pitched and connected, verify that the electrical service meets the new unit’s requirements, and then install and commission the new system according to the manufacturer’s exact specifications.
We provide our own installation warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s equipment warranty. American Standard offers a ten-year parts warranty, but that doesn’t cover labor or installation workmanship. We stand behind our installation work with our own guarantee because we know it meets the standards established when the company was founded. If something needs attention because of how we installed it, we address it at no charge.
